We are happy to provide a cot for your stay with your little ones. The fee is CHF 20.00 per stay.
We are happy to provide you with a bathrobe and/or slippers. However, our sauna area can also be used without a bathrobe. Lockers for changing and towels are available for you in the sauna area. To avoid mountains of laundry and thus protect the environment, there is a charge for the bathrobe.
The fee is CHF 5.00 for the bathrobe and CHF 3.00 for the slippers.
Our reception will be happy to provide you with additional pillows, sheets, duvets or wool blankets.

We are pleased to inform you that dogs are also welcome here, both in the Pizzeria Veneziana and in the hotel.
We charge CHF 20.00 per dog per night, excluding food. Please note that dogs must be kept on a leash in all areas of the hotel. We kindly inform you that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room.
Our homemade jams are available for purchase at our reception desk for CHF 7.50 per jar.
We also want to do something for the environment! We offer our guests the opportunity to donate to the environment with every direct booking. As a thank you, we promise to double the contribution. The money collected will be donated to a climate protection project at the end of the season.
This year, our donations will go toward protecting the world’s oceans as part of the WWF project. Let’s work together to make a difference for marine mammals!
Hygiene items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, etc. are available on request at reception.
We are happy to provide you with a kettle in your room free of charge. Please contact reception if required.
We do not offer a laundry service in the house.
We recommend Marlene's Wäsche & Unterhalt, just a few minutes away from us. There you will receive reliable and fast service.
If you would like to spend some time at the hotel before your arrival or after your departure, we offer you the option of storing your luggage securely.

We store lost items carefully for a certain period of time and will be happy to send them to you on
request. Please note that any shipping costs will be borne by the guest.

A garage space for cars can be rented for CHF 15.00 per night, subject to availability and prior request.
Motorcycles can use the garage free of charge, subject to availability.
If you arrive early or depart late, you can leave your car with us for the day, subject to availability and after consulting with reception.
On request, we will be happy to provide you with packed lunches at the reception desk for CHF 17.00. These include two sandwiches (meat and cheese) of your choice, an apple, a bar and a bottle of mineral water.
For small sewing jobs, our sewing service set is available at reception.
Umbrellas can be borrowed from reception.
Please return them after use.
Give someone a gift voucher from our hotel, which can be redeemed in our Pizzeria Veneziana as well as for hotel accommodation.
And the best thing? Our vouchers have no expiry date.
